Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal for Coaching Services

You have the right to withdraw from the coaching service contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that no session has yet taken place. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e.g., via email to: info@sharivari.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
